RPG Retail plans to scale up to 5 million square feet of retail space across four formats by the end of 2010.  Manpower, trained in Operational Excellence, Product Knowledge, Customer Acquisition skills and Store Economics would be the leading edge differentiator when in pursuit of organized retailing success and excellence.

 This makes it necessary to create  a platform for pursuit of  knowledge through the ranks and file of the company and provide a sense of continuous learning and growth.
